Sabino Soares, among many trainings i several areas, he has a degree in Physical Education and is passionate about his profession, his daughter and life itself.
I consider myself a very positive, happy, creative, passionate and sensitive person, who believes that it is necessary, above all, to take care of the heart in order to truly care for others. After 10 years working at a university as a Sports Manager, he dedicated the last 13 years of his life to teaching and sharing with children, young people, teachers and parents how to achieve true balance between body, emotions and mind and, consequently, deal better with stress.
He is a teacher in a public school, creator of the Bkind Program (Mindfulness), organizes the most diverse Mindfulness retreats and Days of Silence, and is the author of the book on Mindfulness “Stop! Breathe! Decide!” and is also the founder of Ecstatic Dance Algarve, a conscious movement dance that brings together several people every month, leading them to reach meditative states through free movement, natural rhythm and body wisdom. It is through Mindfulness, conscious dance, training, retreats and courses that he organizes, that he seeks to bring a life with greater quality, truth, joy of living and lightness to his community because he believes that each one of us has the power and the capacity to contribute to a life (…)

Mindfulness teaches us to deal with these problematic thoughts and focus our attention on the here and now. Mindfulness helps us create a different relationship with our thoughts, feelings and emotions. In developing this more friendly relationship, we can stop identifying and becoming completely lost in the content of our thoughts/feelings and become observers of these states. This observer can still feel emotions or feelings, but now he can also decide whether he wants to be completely taken over by them.
In short, mindfulness can help us become less identified with feelings, emotions, or thoughts.

It is characterized by being a constant invitation to return to the wisdom of the body, through rhythm and conscious and totally free movement where the dance expands, the spirit is activated, limitations dissolve, discomfort disappears, creativity explodes, beauty flows, communities unite, a ritual with the body reinvents itself, harmony emerges…
The rhythms and beats intensify like a carpet of rhythms that unites ourselves and others within a large family.
During the session, we create a safe space where we can intensify the dance, followed by the process of releasing the body, allowing the natural joy to come to the surface. By letting go with the therapeutic power of dance and music, we can better experience what we need in the present moment.
