With training in several areas and a degree in Physical Education, Sabino Soares combines knowledge with genuine passion. Devoted to his profession, to fatherhood, and to life itself, he brings authenticity and heart to everything he does.

I consider myself a positive, joyful, creative, passionate, and sensitive person who believes that caring for the heart is the foundation for truly caring for others.

After 10 years working at a university as a Sports Manager, I dedicated the past 15 years to teaching and guiding children, young people, teachers, and parents in cultivating a balanced connection between body, emotions, and mind — and, as a result, developing healthier ways to deal with stress.

He is a teacher in a public school and the creator of the BKind Program (Mindfulness). He organizes a wide range of Mindfulness retreats and Days of Silence and is the author of the book Stop! Breathe! Decide!.

He is also the founder of Ecstatic Dance Algarve, a conscious movement experience that brings people together each month, guiding them into meditative states through free movement, natural rhythm, and the wisdom of the body.

Through Mindfulness, conscious dance, trainings, retreats, and courses, he is committed to supporting his community in cultivating a life of greater quality, authenticity, joy, and lightness. He believes that each of us holds the capacity to contribute meaningfully to a more conscious and balanced world.
